The first international Precision Agriculture Pakistan Conference (PAPC), in 2022, was held in person at PMAS-Arid Agriculture University Rawalpindi (PMAS-AAUR), Pakistan. The PAPC provided opportunities to local researchers to collaborate with national and international researchers in the field of Digital and Precision Agriculture through oral and poster presentations, exhibits, field demonstrations, as well as discussions and the exchange of information. The world’s leading Precision and Digital Agriculture researchers from Canada, China, the USA, Australia and Turkey gave keynote addresses during the PAPC 2022. The conference introduced new ideas, solutions and research in the agricultural sector, especially considering global climate change.
The 2nd International Precision Agriculture Pakistan Conference (IPAC 2025) will be held from 20–22 October 2025 at Pir Mehr Ali Shah Arid Agriculture University, Rawalpindi, Pakistan. Building on the success of the inaugural IPAC, this conference serves as a premier platform for researchers, scientists, farmers, industry leaders, and policymakers to come together and explore the transformative role of Precision and Digital Agriculture in modern farming.
IPAC 2025 aims to showcase cutting-edge technologies including UAVs, remote sensing, IoT, AI, robotics, and data-driven decision-making tools, with a focus on improving farm profitability, sustainability, and resource efficiency. With participation from renowned experts representing the USA, Canada, Australia, China, Germany, and Japan, the conference will foster international collaboration, knowledge sharing, and innovation tailored to the unique challenges and opportunities in agriculture.
The three-day event will feature keynote addresses, technical sessions, networking opportunities, industrial expos, and field visits to state-of-the-art facilities such as Smart IoT Farms and Smart Hydroponics systems. In addition, selected papers will be considered for publication in prestigious outlets such as Elsevier and Springer Nature, ensuring global visibility of the research presented.
